Leadership Change During 2025 while the Strategic Direction Continues

After four years as CEO of Hultafors Group, Martin Knobloch has decided to step down during 2025. It has been four exciting years of successful growth and strategic development. “I have truly appreciated working as CEO for this organization over the last years, and I feel very proud of what we have achieved together. However, I have now decided to start a new chapter and pursue another opportunity outside of the group. Hultafors Group is a great company with a strong vision and strategy to becoming the leader in it's industry carried by our fantastic colleagues who are passionate about our brands and products, which I will greatly miss,“ says Martin Knobloch.

Hultafors Group's Growth Journey Proceeds

Hultafors Group has a clear strategic framework and direction forward based on it's vision 'Improving how the world works'. Over the last four years, the company executed a comprehensive transformation program to build a scalable platform for accelerated organic and acquisition-driven growth to support it's long-term goal of becoming the global leader in it's industry. At it's core the strategy focuses on strengthening user centricity, innovation and sustainability. During Martin's tenure, turnover nearly doubled to about 7bn SEK and profit margin increased. Despite a challenging 2024, Hultafors Group closed the year with a strong final quarter, demonstrating a resilience in a tough market.

“Our focus throughout 2024 was to deliver strong results—which we achieved—while simultaneously investing in strategic initiatives to secure long-term growth. We started 2025 with a strong acquisition—the Danish quality brand Lyngsøe Rainwear, a great complement to our PPE offering. We enter 2025 stronger, confident in our ability to navigate challenges and reinforce our position as a leading company.”
