Director Business Unit, Hults Bruk, with initial focus on Sales & Product Management

Are you a result-driven aspriring General Manager and a product management and sales astute? Join Hultafors Group as our Director Business Unit Hults Bruk.

Join us at Hults Bruk, where you’ll initially focus on driving sales and managing our product offerings. You’ll work closely with a talented cross-functional team to grow our brand and significantly make an impact in the outdoor channel. As you excel in this role, you’ll transition into the prestigious role of Director of Hults Bruk. In this leadership role, you’ll establish and lead an autonomous Business Unit, drive our brand’s strategy, operations including our Manufacturing in Hults Bruk, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, focusing on the outdoor channel, and maintain relationships with key accounts and lead other sales resources.
  • Manage and optimize the product portfolio in line with the overall product strategy.
  • Collaborate across departments within Hultafors Group AB, to drive product development and sales growth.
  • Lead product launches and ensure alignment with the roadmap and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, ensuring profitability and growth, while providing leadership and direction.
  • Oversee financials, production, resources, and operations to meet its growth and profitability targets.
  • Ensure new product innovation meet customer needs and strengthen the Hults Bruk brand.

In this role, you will initially focus on Sales & Product Management and will transition into the Director Business Unit Hults Bruk. The key objective is driving revenue growth and profitability for Hults Bruk through strategic sales, product management, and team leadership. This role will focus on expanding the market, particularly in Europe, North America and globally through Partners, and managing product roadmap in line with strategic goals. Understanding key customers and helping them grow their businesses with Hults Bruk products will be essential. You will manage the product roadmap and assortment, proposing and maintaining adjustments aligned with the strategic product vision. Additionally, you will ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and obtain necessary certifications for market entry.

About You

You should be strong in data analysis, using insights to inform decisions and optimize our product portfolio. Additionally, being customer-oriented with a keen focus on understanding customer needs and developing valuable solutions is essential. You should also have leadership potential and a vision for growing the organization.

Qualifications

  • Business or Technical University degree, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in product management, sales, or project management within a similar industry.
  • It is beneficial to have expertise in portfolio management, product development processes, and the outdoor channel.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • A driven and trustworthy team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to improve how the world works.
